Smart Contract Risk

As described in the Vault Strategy section, the SuiDollar USDC Vault is built on top of 2 leading Sui DeFi protocols: NAVI Protocol and Bluefin Exchange.

As a result, the assets managed by the Vault are exposed to 3 sets of smart contracts:

• The SuiDollar USDC Vault smart contract

• NAVI Protocol smart contracts

• Bluefin Exchange smart contracts

These contracts have all undergone comprehensive code audits by industry-leading security firms such as MoveBit, OtterSec, PeckShield and Trail of Bits.

Smart Contract Risk refers to the potential for any of the above contracts to be exploited. This remains a very serious risk that can result in the loss of your funds.
